By accessing our website or engaging Refocus HQ for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Refocus HQ provides professional one-page website design and related digital services for small businesses and service providers, primarily in Belize. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon prior to commencement and confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or another written channel).

We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.

Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis. Our standard pricing is a one-time fee with no ongoing monthly charges unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Payment must be received before the completed website is handed over or made live.

Prices are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated before work begins — it will not affect projects already in progress.

The typical project process involves:

• An initial briefing where you provide your business information, branding assets, and content
• A design and build phase completed by our team
• A review round where you can request reasonable adjustments
• Final delivery and go-live

Timelines are estimates based on prompt feedback from the client. Delays caused by slow responses or missing content may extend the delivery date.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and services
• Supply any required logos, photos, or written content in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the right to use any content you provide (photos, text, logos)
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

Refocus HQ is not responsible for any legal issues arising from client-supplied content.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the completed website and its design as delivered. Refocus HQ retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any templates, frameworks, or tools used to build your site remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed for use, not transferred.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

After handover, minor updates (such as price changes, phone number updates, or new photos) can be requested and will be handled based on our current availability.

Because web design involves significant time and skill, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with the direction of the project, please contact us early so we can address concerns before they escalate.

Refocus HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, your website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project.

If hosting or domain registration is included in your package, it is provided through third-party providers. Refocus HQ is not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by third-party hosting infrastructure. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled under Belizean jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown at the top.
